Straight Lines
Unaware of anything around him, he played joyfully on the turbine floor throwing a hacky sac up to his friends on the first floor above.He was engulfed in an activity that just seemed to make sense. When did we 'adults' lose this playfulness, and take on our inhibitions? For a moment in time at least, I shared his joy engulfed in my own activity, smiling like a child through a lens.

A simple composition this. I had seen the man 45 minutes ago over looking the Thames, near London bridge, half a kilometre before the Tate Modern. I wanted to shoot a candid there and then but it was too bait. Luck strikes when the very same chap walks onto the vast empty space of the turbine hall, lays his sweater down and sits himself contently for five minutes, marvelling at the sheer space.
To his right, you can see the polyfillered 'crack', which was the most recent exhibition.

In un pomeriggio, passeggiando per Trafalgar Square, vicino al parlamento, ho tagliato col coltello la nebbia tutta intorno a me. C'erano delle strade che si distinguevano solo per l' odore dell'asfalto e strade che somigliavano alle vite che una persona può percorrere tutte in un momento. In quel attimo e in quella piazza ho scattato questa foto.

Tate's Great
I have always loved the Southbank whether as a photographer or general patron of the area. Today was no different. Here we have the side entrance to the turbine hall, my favourite space in the whole building.
Do you ever get that moment of inspiration when you hit a groove and you take picture after picture fighting against a moment which will inevitably pass; or how the environment hits its peak and reveals a whole new scene and how everything becomes so fluid and gives you a rush when shooting; when you feel that you're going to add another string to you bow not just by taking a great picture, but by creating a portfolio's amount of work in just a single outing.
It was a good day today. Just wanted to share a piece of it with you all.
